At present, the maximum temperature of our electric heating heat conduction oil furnace can reach 350 ℃. Because too high temperature will accelerate the thermal polymerization and oxidation reaction of heat transfer oil, forming coking, thus affecting the service life of heat transfer oil. For the electric heating heat conduction oil furnace with design temperature of 350 ℃, nitrogen sealing is also needed to reduce carbon deposition.
In the design of electric heating heat transfer oil furnace, the high temperature resistance performance of flange, valve, supporting pipe and circulating pump should be considered to prevent heat transfer oil leakage at high temperature. In order to ensure the safe operation of electric heating heat conduction oil furnace, high temperature resistant stop valve and heat transfer oil circulating pump are selected.
During the operation of the electric heating heat conducting oil furnace, the leakage prone parts shall be inspected frequently. If the insulation measures are not taken, the leakage stoppage measures shall be taken in time; if the leakage occurs after the insulation measures are taken and the oil fume is found, the insulation materials shall be removed immediately for plugging. If the leakage is serious and cannot be effectively stopped, the system must be stopped for repair or replacement of components. When dealing with the leakage parts, the combustible materials on site shall be removed and fire fighting equipment shall be provided. |
